- You have to cook the chicken in a large deep skillet. Thus turn the heat on and put the chicken at the bottom of the pot.
- After cooking the chicken, let it cool and then shred it. Set aside after shredding.
- Then the next step includes chopping. Chop the lettuce and also chop the onion.
- Take the peas out of the shells and dice the cauliflower.
- Take a large-sized flat-bottomed bowl. Make a layer of lettuce at the bottom of the bowl.
- Then above the lettuce layer make the layer of diced onions. The layers should be flat and even. Above the layer of onions spread the peas to make a smooth and even layer.
- Shredded cheese is sprinkled to make a complete cheese layer. Add the cauliflower between the cheese and the chicken layer.
- Make a smooth layer of the cooked chicken at the top.
- Then you have to make the dressing for your salad which you have to toss salad or drizzle over.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and add the Parmesan cheese to it. Stir well and drizzle this dressing at the top of the chicken layer of your salad.
- Put the layered salad bowl in the refrigerator and serve after chilling for some time.

Sugar is added to the dressing to make the salad dressing a little sweeter. So when you eat salad it gives a little sweet taste due to this sugar and it gives a real good flavor. But you can skip the sugar if you are on diet.
