Method to  make the Apple Pie Filling Recipe

  1. At the beginning to get the apples prepared for the recipe, you need to treat them first. Wash the apples and then peel them. Finely chop the peeled apples.
  2. On medium heat, put a saucepan over the stove and add butter into it for the purpose to melt this butter. Add the cinnamon to this melted butter.
  3. Cook while covered from the top and then add apples into this mixture.
  4. While simmering, make the addition of the granulated sugar and pour some water into this cooking mixture.
  5. Simmer while stirring to mix properly. Everything will get mixed and then just simmer. Finally, you will get the softened apples and the rest of the mixture.
  6. The simmering of more than five minutes is required.
  7. Then to make a cornstarch slurry take a little container, and mix the cornstarch with the water. Stir and add to the cooking apple mixture.
  8. Stir again.
  9. Your filling will get thickened finally and then Cool and fill in your pie crust.
