Easy Pico De Gallo Recipe Without Cilantro

The Classy Pico De Gallo is a mandatory recipe to be made thrice a week in my kitchen. This salad dish is made without cilantro. The cumin sprinkled all over adds quite a good flavor to the salad. There is no cooking involved in this recipe.

  • 3 large beefsteak tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic cloves
  • 1 large serrano roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onions small diced

Method to make the yummy Pico De Gallo Recipe

  1. Bring a mixing bowl of a large size and then you should start adding the ingredients one by one into this bowl.
  2. Firstly you should add the Serrano pepper to this clean bowl as you have already chopped the pepper. There is no need to do it neatly. You must have chopped roughly and you are good to go.
  3. In the next step, bring the minced garlic and stir it with the pepper.
  4. To move forward, chop the onions and then combine them with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Bring the lime juice and pour it into the veggie mixture already sitting inside the bowl. Stir using a fork or a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the cumin at the top and then, in the end, bring the salt and shower it all over the top.
  7. Left it as it is after mixing. Bring the fresh tomatoes and finely dice them into smaller cubes.
  8. Drain all the liquid from the tomatoes and then add these tomatoes to the mixing bowl with already added and seasoned veggies.
  9. Put the whole bowl in the fridge for refrigeration. The refrigeration will continue for at least half an hour.
  10. Serve after refrigeration and it will taste outclass.
