  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 7-8 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp green chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 6-7 tbsp cornflour
  • Oil for frying
  • Chaat masala for frying

  1. Take a large bowl and fill it with chicken pieces.
  2. Then add all the above-mentioned spices including ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, powdered spices such as salt and pepper, soy sauce, and cornflour.
  3. Mix well so that everything is well combined.
  4. Cover and allow the mixture to stand for 2-3 hours.
  5. Bring a deep pan and heat oil in it. Roll in the marinated chicken. Fry the marinated chicken.
  6. Drain the excess oil from the chicken.
  7. Then sprinkle the chaat masala over the marinated chicken.
  8. Serve the chicken with the salad including onions and lemon juices.
