Chop Suey is an American casserole recipe including the veggies as well as noodles cooked together in the same wok and then topped on the already cooked noodles. American Chop Suey is a main course dish and should be made more often at gatherings and events.
The addition of cabbage, carrots, and capsicum is my favorite part of this recipe. These veggies turn the dish into quite a healthy one because of the nutrients present in them. It is better to make this kind of dish instead of the one containing more fats and calories.

Method to make the American Chop Suey
First of all, you have to prepare the sauce. For this purpose, take a cooking pan and pour the chili sauce along with the ketchup in it. Then add sugar and stir to dissolve it.
Bring the cornflour and pour vinegar into it. Pour some water and then stir to make the mixture.
Keep the heat medium and make sure to boil the mixture. Once boiled let simmer to get thickened. Set aside so that it will be air-cooled.
Then in a cooking pot, heat some oil and put the onions in it. Add the rest of the veggies including the carrots and the cabbage. Then add the yellow capsicum. Stir to combine.
Keep the heat medium and fry the veggies. Then you must make the addition of the bean sprouts. Bring the already cooked sauce and pour it into the cooking veggies.
Cook the noodles separately and then bring the Hakka noodles and add them to the cooking vegetables. Add some salt for the flavor.
