Bring a baking dish and coat it with the butter or if you are using vegetable shortening then spoon it into the pan.

Take a medium-sized glass bowl and break eggs in this bowl. Whisk the eggs really well.

Pour milk into the eggs and whisk again using the hand blender.

Bring the cornmeal mix and add it to the mixture. Then bring some flour and sift the flour into the thickened milk and egg mixture.
