Method to make the Aunt Jemima Waffle

Take a glass bowl for making batter for the waffles.

Sift flour into the bowl and add sugar to it.

Then add salt and baking powder together into the flour mix.

Stir the dry ingredients using the hand blender.

Then take another glass container and break an egg into it.

 

Pour oil into the egg in the container and whisk well.

Add vanilla essence and then pour milk into it.

Blend the mixture using the same hand blender or you can also use a fork for this purpose.

Pour this wet mixture into the dry flour mixture and then whisk again until a thick batter is formed.

Preheat your waffle iron and also brush oil or butter inside the iron.

Pour batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook.

After some time the waffle will be formed and has also attained an appetizing golden brown color.

Make more waffles and then serve after drizzling maple syrup over them.
