Beans and Franks Recipe Rachael Ray

The natural blasting combination of beans and hot dogs by Rachael Ray’s method already made me fall in love with it. I also made variations in the recipe according to my liking but it still tastes fabulous. The only seasoning added to the recipe is red chili powder.

The choice is completely yours to use the chicken or turkey hot dogs. You can also make the addition of mustard to make the recipe more amazing. Beans and Franks recipe is another name of perfection when served with cornbread.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon molasses
  • 3 packages of all beef hot dogs
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 medium-sized fresh eggs
  • 4 (16-ounce) bakes beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped or snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2(8 1/2 ounce) packages of corn muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 cups whole  milk

Method to make Beans and Franks Recipe Rachael Ray

  1. Take a large-sized skillet which must be nonstick and then heat oil in it. The extra virgin olive oil is perfect to make this recipe.
  2. Slice all the hot dogs and then put them in the heated oil to fry them. They are fried until they get browned and then add the remaining veggies.
  3. Diced onions are added to it and stir-fried.
  4. Take a glass bowl of a suitable size and prepare a mixture in it. Add the Worcestershire sauce into it the bowl and then combine the tomato sauce with it.
  5. Add molasses into it and then combine the beans in the mixture. Now cook and simmer the mixture.
  6. In the meantime, hot dogs are enough cooked so add the muffin mix to it.
  7. Whisk in the melted butter, pour milk, beat the eggs, and sprinkle the chili powder. Add a little cheese and some chives in the end.
  8. Over this hot dog mixture, the simmered molasses and tomato sauce mixture is folded.
  9. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and bake as your oven is preheated at a suitable temperature.
  10. Baking is done for 10-15 minutes and your amazing Beans and Franks dish is ready to serve.
