- 1 carrot cubed
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp pepper
- Cream for garnishing

The process to make a delicious Beetroot Soup
- Heat a pan and then combine butter with bay leaves and saute until an aroma comes from the mixture.
- To continue the process further, add garlic cloves, 2 shallots, and cook.
- Next, add 2 cups of beetroot, carrot, tomato, and salt and sizzle for a few minutes.
- In the next step, shift the mixture to the pressure cooker and pour 2 cups of water. Wait for 2-3 whistles.
- Drain the water and wait until cool.
- Now take this veggie, the mixture in the blender make a smooth paste out of it.
- Then add this paste into a large skillet and pour in the cooked vegetable water.
- Stir and cook until you achieve the required consistency.
- Once it gets boiled, add 1 tbsp of pepper to it.
