Benihana Fried Rice Recipe

Benihana Fried Rice has a series of steps. Chicken is cooked and sliced, veggies are fried, eggs are cooked and rice is cooked. Then all these ingredients are combined to give it the shape of fried rice. The egg-fried rice with minimal veggies is a treat for you after a long week.

  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced green onion
  • 2 oz Thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 large-sized eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups cooked Calrose rice
  • Safflower oil

Method to make the Benihana Fried Rice

Put a large pan on the stove to pan and pour oil into it for heating. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and then you have to then cook this chicken in the heated oil.

Slice the chicken, put the garlic butter in the pan, and cook this chicken in this garlic butter. Then put the chicken aside in a bowl.

Now clean the pan and pour some oil into the same pan. Add the beaten eggs to the pan. You have to sprinkle the seasonings including salt and pepper over it. Scramble the eggs, cook, and then add the cooked eggs to the cooked chicken.

Again pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the vegetables including the carrots, yellow and green onions, and all other vegetables. Once fried add them to the same chicken bowl.

Then heat some oil again in the pan and add rice to the pan. Cook the rice and once these are cooked return all the cooked ingredients including the chicken, the eggs, and the veggies into the bowl.

Add a tablespoon of garlic butter to the pan and you should also add the salt and pepper.

Pour soy sauce into the pan. In the last step, you must add the sesame seeds to the cooked rice and stir in the end.

Sprinkle green onions at the top and serve.
