  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 400 ml Olpers dairy cream chilled
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vanilla essence

Method to make the Big Red Ice Cream

Take a medium-sized bowl and make the addition of the cream cheese into this bowl. You must combine the cream with the cream cheese.

Pour vanilla essence into this cream cheese mixture. Use a beater to mix the ingredients and beat well until the mixture gets fluffy.

Pour the condensed milk into it.

And then you must add vanilla essence and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

Add food color at the same time and beat again. Add more condensed milk.
