April-May is the blueberry season and today, I am going to share the very famous and delicious Starbucks blueberry muffins recipe. They are light and crunchy; your kids and family will love it. The ingredients are simple; they are easily available in your kitchen. So, follow the simple steps to enjoy blueberry muffins.

- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 2.5 tbsp butter
Muffin Batter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup blueberries lightly coated in flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to make blueberry yogurt muffins
Preheat the oven to 350oF. Take a muffin pan, put the liners and give them a quick spray.
Melt the butter and leave it for a while. Stir all toppings ingredients together besides the butter. Now take the melted butter and mix some butter with a fork to make the crumbles, and then mix all of the butter. Set aside.
Beat the egg with an electric mixer until thick and frothy. Add sugar, oil and honey and beat until creamy. Then mix vanilla, vinegar, baking soda and salt. Then add yogurt, then stir in flour. Add blueberries and mix well.
Now, pour the muffins batter into muffin cups, add crumble on the top evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let them cool for 5 minutes. Then place them on the cooling rack. Enjoy your blueberry yogurt muffins.
