BoneFish Grill Crab Cake Recipe

  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 large beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon diced red bell pepper
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • Additional bread crumbs for patties
  • Butter for cooking purposes
  • Wasabi herb sauce for serving
  • Thai Sriracha Asian Hot sauce for serving
  • Lemon wedges to garnish

Method to make Bonefish Grill Crab Cake

  1. After putting the parchment paper in a baking dish, set the baking dish aside.
  2. Then pour the Worcestershire sauce along with the Bay seasoning into a bowl and mix both of them well.
  3. Pour some mayonnaise in it and also add some sour cream. Again give the mixture a good blend so that you will be to further add the mustard, sprinkle some salt along with the parsley.
  4. Shower the cayenne pepper along with paprika. Give it a good blend.
  5. Then in a separate bowl put all the bread crumbs. Mix in the red pepper and then add in the crabs.
  6. Shape the mixture into patties and make more and more patties one by one.
  7. Coat the patties in the bread crumbs. Then arrange the patties on the baking dish.  You should refrigerate the patties first.
  8. After the required stay time, which is almost 2 hours, heat a skillet on the stovetop.
  9. Heat some butter and fry 2-3 patties at one time in this skillet containing melted butter.
  10. Wait until each side is completely golden browned.
  11. Cook all the patties by repeating the process and then bake these fried patties in the preheated oven.
  12. After baking your crab cakes are ready to serve.
  13. Drizzle your favorite sausages like the Bonefish Grill Wasabi Sauce and Thai Sriracha sauce before serving your crabcakes.
