  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 loaves sourdough Mini boule

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil. Add the chopped onions to the heated oil.
  2. Add the cubed potatoes to the pan. Pour in milk and the chicken broth. Cover the pan with its lid and cook for 25-30 minutes at least.
  3. Take one cup of the mixture at a side and then blend the rest of the potato mixture. Blend well and then return it to the pan.
  4. Then add the broccoli and carrots. Also, add in the spices including salt and pepper.
