- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 cups peeled and cubed, baking potato
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 loaves sourdough Mini boule

- In a large saucepan, heat the oil. Add the chopped onions to the heated oil.
- Add the cubed potatoes to the pan. Pour in milk and the chicken broth. Cover the pan with its lid and cook for 25-30 minutes at least.
- Take one cup of the mixture at a side and then blend the rest of the potato mixture. Blend well and then return it to the pan.
- Then add the broccoli and carrots. Also, add in the spices including salt and pepper.
- Stir the mixture frequently.
- Then at this point add the potato mixture that you had separated earlier.
- Remove your cooked mixture from the stovetop and add cheese to it. Stir well until the cheese melts.
