Burger Patty Recipe Gordon Ramsay

The homemade hamburger is probably the most popular recipe in the world. Burgers are nothing more than a minced meat fillet, to which various ingredients are added to taste and then they are tied together.

Ingredients

  • 500g of minced beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic and 1/4 of an onion, minced and previously passed through the pan
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (you can add another tomato sauce, if you wish)
  • Salt and pepper

To assemble the hamburger:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 thin slices of tomato
  • Some lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion cut into rings
  • Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard…

How to make perfect burger

In a bowl we mix the ingredients of the homemade hamburgers. The eggs will give them a touch of extra creaminess while the breadcrumbs, which, as you can see, is not enough to maintain this creaminess, will give a touch of crunch. The garlic and onion, I poach them previously, so that it does not have a too wild flavor although, if you prefer, you can add it raw.

Now divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Give it the shape of a hamburger.

In a non-stick frying pan, put oil over medium heat and place the hamburgers on it. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Then put 1 slice of cheese on top of the patty, so that it melts.

Once patties are done, assemble the hamburgers. Put in the bread, which previously we have passed a little through the pan so that it is hot, a base of lettuce and on top a tomato slice. On top we place the homemade burgers with the slice of cheese and on top, some onion rings. We finished dressing with our favorite sauce.
