- 1 pound fresh linguini Pasta
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken (boneless and skinless cut into strips)
- 6 ounces shrimp (cleaned)
- 6-ounce sausages
- 4 ounces red onions (sliced)
- Four ounces bell peppers, sliced
- Four ounces Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3/4 cup chicken and seafood mix broth
- 3 tablespoon Cajun spice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Steps to make Ruby Tuesday Cajun Jambalaya Pasta
- In a skillet, cook pasta. Also, add salt to it while cooking for a better taste to keep it separated and to prevent sticking of it.
- Grab a large frying pan and heat olive oil in it.
- Then in a bowl, you have to marinate the chicken. Mix the chicken with the Cajun spice until your oil is being heated.
- Add the crushed garlic and stir fry and then add chicken in it.
- Stir and cook the chicken until it is in the middle of being cooked.
- Throw the sliced onions in the chicken followed by peppers and shrimp. Also, add in the sausages and cook after a good stir.
- For dry spices add kosher salt, black pepper, and Cajun spice.
- Sprinkle some water at this point.
- Then add in the tomatoes and the Broth. Mix well and let your mixture simmer for some time.
- Make sure your water is reduced and a thick sauce is formed in the pan.
- Add the cooked pasta to this chicken sauce mixture. Shower chopped parsley at the top.
