Cava Harissa Honey Chicken is a yummy honey-drizzled chicken with many spices that make the chicken finger-licking delicious.   • 10 sizeable minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey for drizzling
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon coriander
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon coriander

Method to make Cava Harissa Honey Chicken

Bring the chicken, dry it with paper towels, and sprinkle kosher salt over it. Sprinkle the salt on both sides.

Then bring the minced garlic and add it to the bowl. In the next step, you should add the sliced onion. Mix well with all the spices, including salt, pepper, black pepper, and paprika.

Bring the harissa paste and add it at the end. Pour honey into the bowl. Mix well to coat the chicken well with the marination.

Pour lemon juice into the bowl and also drizzle the olive oil in the end. Remember that you are using extra virgin olive oil, so adjust the quantity accordingly.

Then you have to preheat the grill to cook your chicken. Then put the chicken on the grill and cook each side for 7-8 minutes until it changes color.

Once grilled, put the chicken in the serving dish and then serve it. Drizzle some honey at the top or brush the chicken with the honey at the end.
