Paula Deen Cheese Ball Recipe

Your time will be more colorful and delicious with this simple and quick appetizer! Cheese becomes the protagonist of a simple but really delicious finger food. These cheese balls are very simple to prepare and with few ingredients, but the result will be really refined, perfect also for the birthday and New Year’s parties!

Ingredients

  • 200 g of spreadable cheese
  • 60 g of grated cheese
  • sweet paprika
  • pistachios
  • poppy seeds
  • sandwich bread

How to make cheese balls

In a bowl, mix the spreadable cheese with the grated cheese and crumbled bread: you will need to obtain a dough that is solid enough to be worked with your hands. Add a pinch of pepper and then with a spoon take a portion of dough, a piece of bread inside: with your hands give the cheese a circular shape.

Chop the pistachios on a plate; put the sweet paprika in a second plate and the poppy seeds in a third. Put the first cheese ball into the pistachios, the second into the paprika and the third into the poppy seeds.

Repeat the operation until the cheese runs out. Place the cheese balls on a small piece of sandwich bread and skewer it with a toothpick.

Your delicious cheese balls are ready. Enjoy!
