  • 1 tbsp chili powder (according to your taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp amchur powder (or dry mango powder)
  • 3/4 tbsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

  1. Boil the potatoes after filling a deep skillet with water.
  2. Peel and mash the potatoes and then add coriander leaves in these mashed potatoes.
  3. Also finely chop the onion and mix with the mashed potatoes.
  4. Then to add more flavors and taste in this bread roll mixture, add the dry powder spices including garam masala, red chili powder, and amchur powder. Also, don’t forget to add salt to it.
  5. Then, you should grate the cheese properly and then add it to the mashed potato mixture.
