  1. In a skillet, melt the butter while keeping the heat medium to low. Once the butter gets melted, stir and fry the onion in the heated butter.
  2. Wait until the onion is crispy enough.
  3. In the onion and butter mixture, stir the broccoli and let it turn soft. Once the vegetable is softened to the required texture pour milk into the mixture.
  4. As in the condensed cream of chicken soup and the add the pasteurized processed cheese sauce.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes and then add rice into the skillet in which the rest of the mixture is already sizzling.
