Chicken American Chop Suey Recipe

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or cornflour
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium-sized onion sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 medium-sized carrot cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cup French beans
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 6-8 leaves of shredded spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 large-sized eggs
  • 1 cup chicken stock1 cup beans sprouts
  • 100 grams Tofu cut into thin strips

  1. In a deep skillet heat water after adding a little quantity of salt and oil in this water.
  2. Then boil noodles in this water and wait until they are completely cooked.
  3. Then in the next step heat sufficient oil in a pan to deep fry your noodles in it. Make sure they get crispy enough.
  4. After frying, prepare a better by blending cornstarch in water. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in the pan and saute the ginger-garlic paste. Then also stir fry the chopped onions.
