  • 2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 large-sized onion chopped
  • 300 gram basmati rice

Method to make Easy Chicken Biryani Recipe

  1. Take a large-sized saucepan as you first have to heat oil in it. So pour some oil and then wait for it to get enough heat.
  2. Dice the onions and then add into the heated oil and stir fry the onion until soft and change sit color to a brown one.
  3. Lower the heat and then add the diced chicken into it. Fry the chicken with the onions and then keep the cooked mixture aside. Pour some lemon juice into the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle some garam masala into it and then add the chili powder into it.
  5. Stir well before adding the salt. You must toss the chicken well in these seasonings.
  6. Now as you have already rinsed the rice in the beginning now you must cook the onion with the ginger and garlic into it.
  7. After cooking the mixture, add back the chicken in it. Make an addition to the rinsed rice into it and then pour the hot chicken stock into it.
  8. You have to wait for the mixture to get boiled. Let it cook while covered in lowered heat.
  9. Now when the cooking is done, you must take the skillet from the stovetop and set it aside.
  10. When the steam cooking is done, remove the cover and spread the fresh coriander over it.
  11. Serve while hot.
