Bruschetta served with garlic bread is a match made in heaven and is my top preference out of all the summer comfort foods. The dish is not heavy, but a lighter one with a facility to replace the chicken broth with the vegetable one just to change the flavor of it if you are indulging it mote often.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 oz (15 gram) Fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 small plum tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup loosely packed Fresh Basil leaves
Steps to make Pampered Chef Chicken Bruschetta Pasta
- You have to cook the spaghetti noodles in the broth in the oven. Cook the two for 8 minutes and also you should break the noodles before cooking.
- Now chop the tomatoes followed by the chopping of basil. They should be sliced into large pieces and then add them into the food processor.
- In the food processor, process the tomatoes and basil and then add garlic into it. Pour some olive oil into the processor and then continue to process until all of the ingredients are well merged and a good puree is formed.
- Take the cooked noodles out of the oven and use tongs or a spatula to stir the noodles in the broth.
- Now add the processed Bruschetta mixture to the Rockcrok cooked noodles and then put them back in the oven for 8 more minutes.
- Now your Bruschetta is done. In the ens spread your grated cheese at the top of your pasta.
- Stir the cheese in the pasta and Serve while hot.
