Wawa Chicken Corn Chowder Recipe

The chicken and corn chowder soup is prepared with a chicken broth to which chicken breast, corn, saffron and egg capellini are added and before serving the chopped hard-boiled eggs and parsley will be added. Here are the steps for chicken and corn chowder soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 l chicken broth
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200 g corn grains
  • 150 g egg capellini
  • 2 eggs
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Saffron 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make chicken corn chowder

Let the eggs harden in a saucepan and when they are ready let them cool. After that, first shell them and finally chop them. Meanwhile, clean the parsley and chop it.

If you don’t have it ready, prepare a chicken broth by simply cooking the chicken in salted water with the addition of onions, celery and carrots. Once ready, strain the broth.

Pour the chicken broth into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and add the boiled and chopped chicken breast, corn kernels, egg capellini, saffron and salt.

Let them cook for a few minutes. When cooked, turn off the heat and complete by adding the chopped hard-boiled eggs and chopped parsley. Now pour the soup into the bowls and serve the dish hot.
