  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl by using a hand blender or an electric blender.
  3. Pour the given amount of flour into the bowl.
  4. Take each cutlet one by one. Coat each cutlet with flour at first and then dip it in the beaten eggs.
  5. Your cutlet is well coated with both ingredients.
  6. Bring a heavy frying pan and heat oil in it. Heat oil for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  7. Put two cutlets in the pan and fry them in the heated oil. Wait until both the sides get a pretty golden brown color.
  8. Repeat the process for all of the cutlets.
  9. Then on a plate put the tissue or paper towel and shift the fried cutlets to this plate.
  10. Heat the lemon sauce at medium heat and once it is heated, Pour it or squeeze it over the fried cutlets.
  11. You can also dip the cutlets in the sauce for an even better result.
  12. Garnish the chopped parsley at the top of these cutlets and serve with rice or pasta or with bread.
