  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 large-sized tomato
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 4 green chili
  • 2 stalks coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

How to make an amazing Kaleji Fry

  1. When you have to cook any kind of meat first you have to wash it and drain it properly.
  2. Take a skillet and heat oil in it. To this, add the chopped green chilies and chopped onion.
  3. Fry the combination for a minute.
  4. In the next step add the ginger and garlic paste. Slightly brown the mixture and add the chopped tomatoes to it. Let the mixture be fried completely.
  5. Finally, add the chopped liver. Also at the same time add in the cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt.
  6. Stir the mixture continually and fry for at least 10-15 minutes.
  7. Now to amplify the flavors, add the soy sauce, ketchup and coriander. Fry for a few more minutes.
  8. Serve hot!
