Chicken Maggi Noodles Recipe

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cups water

How to make instant chicken Maggi noodles?

  1. Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and heat it until bubbles form in it. Open the maggi pack and boil your noodles.
  2. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and do not dry them completely. Let the soup stay if you like soupy noodles.
  3. Cut the chicken into smaller cubes by using a knife and a cutting shelf.
  4. The next step is marinating the chicken. In a bowl add the chicken cubes and make it flavorful by adding salt, red chili powder, and the Maggi tastemaker. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Keep aside the boiled Maggi.
  6. In a frying pan squeeze some oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic to it. Saute until it gets soft and then throws the marinated chicken cubes in it.
