  • 400 grams boneless chicken (sliced in thin strips)
  • 8 Ready-made roti or roll strips
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp black salt
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 4 eggs chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped

Steps to make luscious chicken roll by Sanjeev Kapoor Recipe

  1. Bring the chicken and marinate it in a bowl before doing anything else. Add ginger and garlic paste to this bowl filled with chicken to carry out the purpose.
  2. To spice and season, your chicken adds black salt, white salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala, Mix well.
  3. Also, add gram flour to this marinated chicken.
  4. Grasp a nonstick pan and heat a few tablespoons of oil in it. Maintain medium heat so that the oil will not be overheated.
  5. Add marinated chicken to it and cook. Also, sprinkle water if needed to avoid burning.
  6. Once it is done, set it aside.
  7. In a separate bowl beat the egg after adding salt to it.
  8. Now again heat oil in a pan. Add some portion of the beaten eggs and put a roti over it. Flip when the egg is cooked. Cook the rest of the roti in the same way.
  9. Then fill each roasted roti with the chicken mixture and sprinkle some onion over it. Also, sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves.
  10. Fold the roti to make a chicken-filled roll.
  11. Fill the serving plate with these rolls and serve with ketchup and mayo.
