The chicken salad with pineapple is a fresh, tasty recipe, a really interesting contrast. The sweetness and juiciness of the pineapple balance the chicken meat which, at times, becomes dry.

The chicken and pineapple salad is also excellent to take with you to work or for a picnic, take care to season it only before enjoying it.
Ingredients
- 400 g of chicken (sliced)
- thyme to taste
- 1/4 of pineapple
- 1 stalk of celery
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt
For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper as needed
How to make chicken pineapple salad
Put a pinch of coarse salt and a drizzle of oil on the grill pan. When the pan is nice and hot, cook the chicken on both sides. Season with the thyme.
Meanwhile, slice the pineapple and celery and, once ready, cut the chicken into diamonds.
Now for the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, oil and pepper.
Mix the chicken with the pineapple and celery, then season the sauce and serve.
