- 1 (4 ounces) jar of diced pimentos, drained
- 2 tablespoons of finely minced onions (can also be grated)

- Use a cheese grater to grate your fresh cheese and then set it in the refrigerator. You can also simply put it aside.
- To make dressing for the pimento cheese, in a medium-sized bowl mix mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. And keep in mind that the creamy texture of this mixture is retained.
- Also, add salt and garlic powder to the same mixture. Whisk the ingredients gently.
- In the very next step, add the drained and diced pimentos along with minced onions and stir so that the ingredients will embrace each other.
- In the final step add the cold grated cheddar cheese to your prepared mixture.
