INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium finely shredded chicken breast
  • 1 medium-sized spring onion
  • 1 medium-sized egg
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch or cornflour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 medium-sized carrot cut into thin strips
  • 6-8 thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 5-6 French beans
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp MSG
  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 5-6 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Steps to make delicious Chicken Soup

  1. Use the cutting slide and a knife to chop the onions along with the greens.
  2. In a bowl, break the egg and beat it well. Also, prepare a paste by mixing the cornflour with water.
  3. Add chicken in the heated oil in a nonstick frying pan and then fry it in this oil for a few minutes.
  4. In this mixture add the ginger and garlic. Also, throw in the chopped chilies.
  5. Then in the next step, throw in the spring onions and carrots. Also, add in the mushrooms.
  6. Sprinkle white pepper and salt. Squeeze in some soya sauce.
  7. Add the cornflour after boiling the mixture. Mix well. Also, add in the already beaten egg.
  8. Squeeze in some vinegar from the bottle and then garnish with the leftover spring onions.
