  2. Once the flour is well dissolved in water and you will see a paste-like mixture formed as a result. Continue stirring while cooking and once it gets thick you must remove it from the stovetop and let it cool.
  3. Air cooling is necessary for the flour paste so that it will gain its required texture.
  4. Then take another mixing bowl, and break an egg into this bowl. Blend the egg and then you have to add warm milk to this egg. For this purpose warm the milk either on the stove top or in the oven and then add it to the bowl.
  5. Now you must add flour and yeast to this milk mixture. Also, add salt and sugar.  Mix well and the dough will be formed. Knead the dough to make it smooth enough.
  6. Take a bowl and coat a layer of oil on it. Then transfer the kneaded dough to this bowl. Use plastic wrap to cover the bowl from the top. If you left the dough for an hour while covered, it will rise up and becomes puffy.
  7. In a bowl soak all the raisins in water for some time about 8-10 minutes at least. Then drain the water and use paper towels to dry them up.
  8. In the next step, you have to prepare the baking sheet by lining it up with parchment paper.
  9. After almost an hour, the dough is puffy enough. Now spread the dough on a floured shelf and use the rolling pin to level it up and make It smooth. Bring the raisins and spread them over the dough.
  10. Then roll up the spread dough into a long shape after spreading the raisins in it. They will be attached to the dough.
  11. Wrap up this dough with the plastic cover and let sit for another hour.
