- 180 g Flour
- 2 tbsp. coffee baking powder
- 40 g Powdered sugar
- 1Egg
- 25 cl Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g Pastry chocolate

How to make chocolate chip pancakes
In a salad bowl, pour the flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix then add the egg. Pour in the milk while stirring.
Melt the butter on low heat. Then add it to the preparation. Whisk everything to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Crush the chocolate into chips using a knife. Fold them into the dough.
Heat a lightly oiled pan; when hot, pour 1 tsp. of the dough, cook for 2 min then turn it over so that it browns on all sides. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
