You need to prepare the cake mix and bake then slice it into cubes. The instant pudding mix is easy to make and does not take a long time. The rest of the work is just whipping the cream and assembling all the ingredients into layers in a trifle bowl.

After assembling the chocolate delight, keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to chill. Serve the delicious dessert and enjoy.

Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz) package devil’s food chocolate cake mix
3 (3 1/2 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
1 cup chopped lightly toasted pecans
Chocolate syrup for garnish

How to make chocolate delight

First, prepare and bake the cake according to the instructions given on the cake mix package. Let it cool completely and cut into 1-inch cubes.

Now, prepare the instant chocolate pudding mix according to the instructions given on the package.

It’s better to chill the cream before whipping the cream with sugar in a medium bowl until stiff.

In a trifle bowl, make a bottom layer with half of chocolate cake cubes, then spread pudding evenly, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and top with chopped pecans.

Repeat the layers with the remaining cake cubes, pudding, cream, and toppings.
