Claim Jumper Meatloaf Recipe

The meatloaf I made last weekend at home was made by a recipe that was inspired by the Claim Jumper Meatloaf Recipe. The ketchup spread on your meatloaf as a glaze makes it cool and yummy to look at.

  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 pound ground pork (optional)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Italian Seasonings
  • 1 pound grounded Beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper

Method to make Claim Jumper Meatloaf Recipe

  1. Put the meat like grounded beef in a large-sized bowl. The addition of pork is optional. If you are using it then add it with the beef in the same bowl.
  2. Sift flour in the meat and also add the bread crumbs to it. Stir well using a plastic spatula. You can also use your hands for proper mixing.
  3. Take another bowl and blend all the eggs in fresh milk. Then blending should be nice and proper. No, for flavor, use salt and pepper. Additionally use onion powder followed by garlic powder for the taste.
  4. In a frying pan, stir fry all the vegetables including the bell pepper, carrot, and onion. Also, add the minced garlic to it.
  5. Once your vegetables are done, it’s time to combine all the prepared substances.
  6. Transfer the fried vegetables to the meat bowl. Pour some ketchup and also add the whisked egg.
  7. You will get a thick mixture. You will need a firm and hard spatula either a wooden one to mix and merge.
  8. Now shift the meat mixture to the loaf pan for the final baking of the meatloaf.
  9. Put in the preheated oven and bake for half an hour. Once baking is done, take the meatloaf out of the pan and pour some more ketchup on top of it. Spread the ketchup.
  10. Put back in the oven and bake for 40 more minutes.
  11. Take out, let cool, use a knife or a pizza cutter to slice, and then Serve on your amazing platter.
