  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 thick beet slice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 lemons

How to make colon cleanse smoothie

Peel the cucumber, beet and do not peel the apple because most of the vitamins C and A are in the skin. Roughly chop all the fruits and squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl.

Put all the ingredients in your favorite blender and blend until smooth. You can add more water if you want.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
