Crab Cakes Phillips are a crispy appetizer that I like to serve as a side along with fried rice or boiled rice. Even with the Italian Ketchup, the Crab Cake Phillips goes well. The crispy layer of the crab cakes due to the addition of bread crumbs when melted in the mouth gives a divine flavor.
Crab Cake Phillips is my favorite sort of pancake made out of crab meat. You can make these any time of the week if you have all the ingredients on the shelf as it takes only twenty minutes to get ready for serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tablespoon grounded Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Philips Seafood seasoning
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 8 oz Phillips Lump Crab meat
- 8 oz Phillips Jumbo Crab meat
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Lemon for squeezing
Method to make the Crab Cakes Phillips
Step 1:
Take a large-sized glass bowl and add an egg into this bowl. Blend the egg.
Step 2:
Add Worcestershire sauce to the blended egg.
Step 3:
Add the ground mustard to the bowl mixture and use the same hand whisk for blending.
Step 4:
Add mayonnaise and lemon juice at once into the bowl. Also, add the Dijon mustard at the same time.
Step 5:
Then you have to make the addition of the chopped Parsley.
Step 6:
Bring the butter and add it to the mixture. To season the mixture, add the Phillip seasoning and mix well.
Step 7:
Add the Philip crab meats to the bowl.
Step 8:
Give the shape of pancakes to the mixture and put them one by one on the baking pan or in a dish.
Step 9:
Heat some olive oil in the pan and then start frying the cakes one by one until beautifully browned from all sides.
Step 10:
Put in the serving dish, squeeze lemon on them, and serve.

Yes, you can bake the Phillips crab cakes but they will not be as crispy as in case of frying. The crispness and the color they get when fried in oil is unbeatable.
How long does it take to cook the Crab cakes?
To cook the crab cakes in over, it only takes 3-5 minutes. But in case of cooking it in the frying pan, it will take a total of 10 minutes to fry the crab cakes.
