  1. In the beginning, you must get your pasta cooked. Make sure to save some of the pasta water to use in the recipe and drain the rest of it.
  2. You must clean the Crawfish before using. After peeling the fish, you will get the tails for your dish.
  3. Take a large-sized cooking pot and add butter to it. The butter will get melted in a few minutes. The heat should be medium for it and then bring your shallots and put them into the hot butter.
