1 whole chicken, about 4 pounds
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and halved
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 package (6 ounces) dry stuffing mix (available at grocery stores)
1 1 / 2 cup (350 mL) chicken broth
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil

How to cook chicken with stuffing
First of all, dry your chicken well.
Brush the whole chicken with olive oil, then generously season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine the dry stuffing with the chicken broth.
Put the stuffing into the cavity of the chicken.
Place your potatoes and onion in the bottom of the crock pot in a single layer.
Sprinkle with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chicken on top, breast side down
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crock pot and wrap it in foil.
10 minutes later, remove the stuffing and place it in another bowl.
Bone the chicken as usual.
