  • Pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup Thai basil
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2/3 cup fresh mint
  • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Lime wedges
  • 12 ounces dried pho noodles

Instructions to make Chicken Pho Soup

  1. Take a deep pot and fill it with water so that you can boil your noodles in it. Boil the noodles so that they can be tenderized.
  2. Boil the chicken broth in another deep skillet and also add seasonings to it. For seasonings, I mean you have to add chilies, ginger, sugar, and fish sauce.
  3. Cook and let sizzle for 20 minutes.
  4. Bring the chicken breasts and sprinkle the salt and pepper over them. Then you have to shallow fry this seasoned chicken in heated oil in a flat pan.
  5. Put the fried chicken aside.
  6. Now divide the boiled noodles into serving bowls and then pour the broth into them. Then add the chicken to the filled bowls.
  7. To garnish, use bean sprouts and sprinkle mint, cilantro, and basil.
  8. Put some lime juice and fish sauce in it.
