  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar

Method to Make The Din Tai Fung Wood Ear Mushroom

Take the wood ear mushrooms in a bowl. And then pour water into this bowl to soak them.

You have to boil the wood ears in water. For this purpose fill a cooking pot with water and put the wood ears in this hot water. The boiling will continue for 3-4 minutes at least.

Once boiled, drain the excess water and then put the boiled wood ears in cold water to let them settle.

In the next step, take a large-sized bowl and combine the peppers with the garlic and pour vinegar into it.

Add some sugar and also pour some light soy sauce into it. In the end ad the sesame oil. Stir well so that the flavors will dissolve in each other.

In the mixture, add the cooked wood ears. Use a plastic sheet to cover it from the top and then put it in the refrigerator. Take it out from the refrigerator after half an hour stir again.

Now that your Wood ear salad is almost ready. Bring the scallions and use them to top your salad. Also, sprinkle some herbs if you like, and decorate your salad using red chili.
