Dunkin Donuts Hash Browns are made by grating a large russet potato and then adding a bundle of spices to it. This spiced-up grated potato is all I want with my afternoon tea. These has browns are served with a combo of sausages and dips that elevates its taste.

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour or fine cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions to make Dunkin Donuts Hash Browns

  1. Fill a saucepan with water and boil the whole potato in it. Then peel the potato and grate it once it is cold enough to be touched.
  2. Then bring a large bowl near you and add the grated potato to this bowl. Then to spice up your potato mixture, sprinkle salt and pepper. Also, add the garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. Then add two tablespoons of corn starch to your potato mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the dried parsley and then add in the beaten egg white. Mix well so that all the flavors are well merged and absorbed in grate potatoes.
  5. Make small portions of dough. Use a cookies cutter to shape the dough. Place the potato discs on the parchment paper and then start the process of cooking.
  6. For the purpose of cooking, fill a frying pan with oil and heat it.
  7. Then put the hash browns in the pan keeping in mind that these should be half-submerged in oil.
  8. Keep frying the hash brown for 2-3 minutes making sure that both have turned beautifully golden.
  9. Get them out of oil and drain the excess oil on tissue paper.
  10. Serve along with tomato ketchup and garlic mayo.
