Earl Grey Milk Tea Recipe | Most Loved Tea

Earl Gray is undoubtedly one of the most popular tea, loved and consumed in the world. Earl Gray comes from a special mix of Chinese and Indian teas. But what really distinguishes an Earl Gray from other blends is the unmistakable citrus note given by the bergamot aroma.

Even bergamot, as well as giving a fresh, sweet aroma to tea, does its part in terms of health. This citrus fruit is in fact rich in “heart-saving” flavonoids, capable of reducing blood cholesterol levels and, consequently, the risk of onset of cardiovascular trauma. Bergamot also has healing, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties not to be underestimated.

Here is the recipe for Earl Grey Milk Tea. You can enjoy this tea anytime.
