What I have prepared today is a really tasty recipe, quick and easy meatballs. You can prepare them in advance, freeze them and then just put them in a pan and in a few minutes they are ready.
Ingredients
250 g of minced meat (beef)
1 egg
2 slices of loaf bread
Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic,
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Parsley
Cooking method
Put the meat, the egg, the parsley, half a clove of minced garlic in a large enough bowl (no more!!! This quantity only gives a pleasant flavor to the dish), the 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, salt and a some pepper. In a dish, soak two slices of bread loaf in milk after removing the edge.
Squeeze the slices of toasted bread to eliminate the absorbed milk, reduce into crumbs and add to the minced meat, mix with your hands to incorporate all the ingredients if the mixture is too wet add a handful of grated bread to the mixture
Shape into balls (if you want them small then the spherical shape is fine) be careful because on the outside they immediately become crunchy and dark, the risk of making them too large is that they come out burnt and raw inside, so it is preferable to make them small or larger but crushed on both sides!
Fry in hot oil, the meatballs must be at least half immersed in the oil. If they are few, use a small pan… GOOD APPETITE!!!
