How to prepare healthy milk chicken breasts
Lightly beat the slices of chicken breast with a pestle to spread them out, and then flour them on both sides.
Place the chicken breasts in a non-stick pan in which a knob of butter has already been placed and heated, letting them brown quickly.
Season with salt and slowly pour in all the milk, making sure that the chicken breasts are completely covered
Continue cooking over moderate heat to prevent the breasts from burning, until the milk liquid has evaporated, leaving only lumps.
Arrange the chicken breasts on individual plates, covering them with the cooking sauce, and serve them hot.
