  4. Pour the lemon juice into the eggs inside the food processor or a blender and mix. To season up your egg and lemon blend, use salt and pepper.

  6. Once everything is well blended in the blender, you should add the Dijon mustard in the end.
  7. Pour it into the mixture and pulse at medium speed. Then add this whole mixture to the heated butter.
