Easy No Bake Dessert Recipes with Few Ingredients

The cold cake is among the sweet cold perfect for the summer I love most! It is a no-bake cake made with dry biscuits, cocoa, milk, sugar, melted butter or oil. Which you can enrich and garnish as you like! Each time giving life to many cold cakes without cooking, in a thousand variations!

Ingredients

  • 200 g of dry biscuits
  • 50 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of cold melted butter (or 90 ml of oil)
  • A few tablespoons of milk (4 – 6)
  • 150 g of dark or white chocolate
  • 50 g of dried fruit

How to make cake without baking

First of all break the biscuits with your hands into pieces roughly 1 – 2 cm. Don’t crumble them too much! The pieces must be visible! Add cocoa, sugar, cold melted butter to the bowl and mix together

Finally gradually add the milk in spoons, evaluate spoon more or less according to the consistency. The mixture must be grainy but at the same time spot on.

Finally, transfer the mixture into an opening pan, mash well with a spoon and flatten the surface. Then put in the refrigerator to harden for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the milk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Let cool aside, stirring often with a hand whisk. Then pour it into the pan over your cold cake!

Let it harden in the fridge for 10 minutes then serve! Your cold cake is ready!
