Easy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe with Few Ingredients

The oatmeal cookies with few ingredients are simple and fast sweets that are prepared in minutes, without cooking so without turning on the oven, ideal for those who want to sweet even in summer and wants to have immediately ready biscuits to taste with an iced tea, at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 130 g of rolled oats
  • 200 g of Nutella (or other spreadable cream)
  • 50 g of coconut flour
  • 50 g of chocolate chips
  • 50 ml of coconut milk

How to make oatmeal cookies

To make the no-bake oatmeal cookies, start by combining the oat flakes, coconut flour, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients a little.

Add Nutella and coconut milk (you cannot add it all together and thus adjust to the consistency of the dough). Mix the ingredients well; you will need to obtain a compact dough. Cool the dough for half an hour in the refrigerator if you notice that it has heated up a lot and is not easy to handle.

Detach some pieces and work into balls that you will then crush, as if to form biscuits. Arrange the cookie balls  on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or a silicone mat, and then keep them in the refrigerator for an hour to cool well.

Your no-bake cookies are ready to be enjoyed!
