  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of milk

When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and continue cooking for 15 minutes, taking care to stir from time to time.

Turn off the heat, add the gelatin well-drained and squeezed, mix well to dissolve the gelatin, and let it cool on the whole.

Transfer the cream into single-portion glass cups, taking care to fill them up to 1-2 cm from the edge and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

In the meantime, wash the strawberries well, remove the stalks then cut them into cubes. Add the rest of the sugar, mix and complete with a few needles of rosemary and leave to flavor until the panna cotta has solidified.

Before serving, decorate the glasses with rosemary- flavored strawberries.

If you prefer instead of strawberries, you can use other fresh fruit of your choice.
