  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

For Toppings

  • Chocolate sauce
  • Chocolate chips

Method to make amazing Chocolate Cream Pie

  1. As you all know your basic and foremost duty is to preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. To make the cookie crust, crush the cookies in the food processor and then mix the butter in it. Whisk to combine both of them.
  3. Pour the crushed cookies into a pie plate that is already greased. Bake for 20 minutes and then it cools completely.
  4. Adjust the cookie crumbs if they are disturbed during baking.
  5. In a medium-sized bowl, add the cream cheese and whisk it until it gets creamy.  Pour this blended cream cheese into the pie crust.
  6. Then to move forward take a medium-sized saucepan and warm the cram in it at low heat.
  7. Then in another mixing bowl blend the egg yolks with the sugar. Once the mixture gets frothy pour in the warm cream. Then add this mixture to the saucepan until a certain temperature is achieved and then turn off the heat.
  8. Add the salt along with chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir well and wait for the chocolate to get melted.
